Gabor Koltai

Gabor is a real estate developer, investor, and builder with over 20 years of experience in both North American and European markets. Having managed complex real estate transactions, he has developed a wealth of knowledge in property valuation and acquisition, multi-family management and ownership, and the development of mid-size purpose-built rentals.

His experience in Europe has shaped his vision that mid-rise, “missing middle” housing can flourish and bring a joie de vivre to Toronto’s low-density urban neighbourhoods. By transforming underutilized properties into thoughtfully designed and modern missing middle communities, we can take a meaningful step toward solving the housing crisis.
